Our Services and Quote Requests

We provide exterior cleaning and related property services in Katy, TX and surrounding communities, such as window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, concrete and patio cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter guards, solar panel cleaning, Christmas lighting, and commercial property cleaning.

A quote request submitted through the Site is a request for information. It is not a booking, does not reserve a service date, and does not create a binding agreement. Any estimate is based on the details you provide, and the final scope, price, and schedule for a job are confirmed with you directly.

Your Responsibilities

When you contact us or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a phone number and email address that belong to you or that you are authorized to use, and to request service only for property you own or are authorized to have serviced.

Acceptable Use of the Site

This section describes the text messaging (SMS) program operated by We Wash Whatever. It is part of these Terms and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and the rest of these Terms & Conditions.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may receive text messages from We Wash Whatever after you provide your consent. You give consent when you provide your mobile phone number and check the transactional SMS box on our quote request form, agreeing to receive transactional SMS messages from We Wash Whatever LLC regarding your quote requests, appointments, and services. That box is optional and unchecked by default. You may also start a text conversation by texting us first, in which case we will reply to your message. Your consent applies to the phone number you provide and to the types of messages described below.

Promotional and marketing text messages are a separate, optional program. You receive them only if you also check the separate, unchecked-by-default marketing SMS box on our quote request forms, agreeing to receive marketing SMS from We Wash Whatever LLC. You can request a quote, and receive transactional texts, without agreeing to marketing messages.

Marketing emails are separate from text messages. We send them only if you check the separate, unchecked-by-default marketing email box on our quote request forms, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Consent to receive text messages or marketing emails is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from We Wash Whatever. You can request a quote or hire us without checking any consent box — for example, by calling us at (281) 253-9736 or emailing support@washwhatever.com.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
