Information You Provide

When you request a quote through this site — from the main Get a Quote page or a shorter form on a service page — we collect what you enter, which may include:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property (service) address
  • The service(s) you're interested in
  • A description of your project or any message you write
  • How you'd like to be contacted (call, text, or email)
  • How you heard about us
  • A link to photos of your property, if you choose to provide one

We also collect what you send us directly when you call, text, or email us.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising tools collect basic visit information — pages viewed, device and browser type, the page or ad that referred you, and an approximate location inferred from your IP address. If you arrive from a Google ad or a link that includes tracking parameters (such as UTM tags or a Google Click ID), your browser keeps those values in session storage for the length of your visit, so that a quote request submitted from a different page can still be attributed to the right marketing source. Session storage is cleared when you close your browser tab or window.

Quote Request and Contact Form Information

Submitting a quote request requires checking a box confirming you agree that We Wash Whatever may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. When you submit the form:

  • Your request is saved as a new lead in the customer records system (CRM) we operate for our business, along with a record of each consent box you checked or left unchecked (marketing emails, transactional texts, marketing texts) — the exact wording, its version, and the date and time — the page you submitted from, and any marketing-source tags described above.
  • We send an email notification with the details of your request to our team inbox.
  • If you provide an email address, we send a confirmation email to it.

A quote request is a request for information. It is not a booking and does not, by itself, obligate you to purchase anything.

Phone Numbers and SMS Data

If you provide your phone number and consent to text messages, we use it to send and receive text messages about your quote request and our services. For our text messaging program, we collect and store:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • The content of the text messages you send to us and we send to you, and their delivery status
  • A record of when and how you agreed to receive texts, and of any later opt-out (for example, replying STOP) or opt-in (for example, replying START), so that we can honor your choices

  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes

To be specific: we do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or other mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The opt-in data and consent you give when you agree to receive text messages from us is used only for our own messaging program and is not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

This does not prevent us from sharing information with the service providers that help us deliver our messaging and services — for example, our text-messaging platform and our cloud hosting and database providers. We share information with those providers only when necessary to provide the messaging and services to you, and subject to applicable privacy requirements. See How We Share Information below.

Service Providers

We use trusted providers to operate our business and this site, and each receives only what it needs to perform its service:

  • Telnyx — sends and receives text messages for us.
  • Resend — delivers the notification and confirmation emails described above.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and our CRM and processes web traffic to deliver them.
  • Supabase — provides the database that stores our customer records.

Analytics and Advertising Tools

This site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion measurement, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools are operated by Google and Meta and collect visit information through cookies and similar technologies, under their own privacy policies. When a quote request is completed, the signal our site sends to them contains only a random submission ID — not your name, phone number, or email address. Our server also sends Meta that same completed-request signal directly, along with the visit information the Meta Pixel itself collects (your IP address, browser type, page address, and Meta's own cookie IDs), so the request is counted even if a browser blocks the Pixel. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither the Pixel nor this server signal is sent.

Legal and Business Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our business, our customers, or others. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred to the new owner as part of that transaction. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent would not be transferred for use in third-party marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

This site and the tools described above may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Analytics — understanding how visitors use the site (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Advertising measurement — measuring which ads and channels lead to quote requests (Google Ads, Meta Pixel)
  • Attribution — remembering your marketing source for the length of your visit, using session storage rather than a cookie

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site, reputable third-party providers, and password-protected accounts to limit access to our customer records to authorized team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep quote request and customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and maintain ordinary business records. We keep text-message consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to document your consent and to make sure we honor any opt-out. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing legal or business reason to keep it, we will do so.

Your Privacy Choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Reply START if you later want to resume. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
  • Marketing emails: we send them only if you checked the marketing email box. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell us, to stop them.
  • Phone and email: tell us at any time if you no longer want to be contacted by phone or email.
  • Your information: you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where applicable, by contacting us using the details below.
  • Cookies and tracking: manage cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, manage Google ad personalization in Google's Ad Settings, and manage Meta ad personalization in Meta's Ad Settings.
